Record week for IP: iPipeline

Activity 8% higher than previous record

Technology provider, iPipeline, reported it has experienced its highest week for new Income Protection (IP) applications in a decade this month.

For the week beginning 11 March, the provider received 3,280 applications, which is 8% higher than the previous record total. The figure includes standalone or multi benefit plans that include IP.  t Paul Yates, product strategy director, iPipeline, said: "The activity we've seen on iPipeline portals this month further indicates the growing demand for income protection.
